After my tent, my sleeping bag, my mattress (with other words, my home) and another few things got stolen two days ago, I survived a fucking freezing night just with my jacket on. Luckily a friend from spain (Alvaro) let me sleep in his tent so at least I had something.
I took that whole situation as a sign. Maybe its just too rough to live on the streets in the US. And after my night yesterday in San francisco, my impression about that got even more confirmed.
I think I never saw so many homeless and fucked up people on the streets than yesterday night... and I have been in some really poor countries.
To me it looked like a third-world country in some areas....
So i decided too leave and go back to Canada tomorrow, it´s just much more relaxed and way less rough to travel than here.
This is just my opinion after a few days, and of course I met a lot of awesome friendly people as well, I just follow my feelings.
